Staging
We stage residences, penthouses and development releases with furniture we own and furniture we make. One team writes the scheme, delivers it, installs it and removes it, on a fixed term and a fixed scope, so the property is presented as a finished interior rather than a set of borrowed props.
The furniture is ours
We own what we place. Every piece comes from our own stock or is made in our workshop. Nothing is sourced from a rental catalogue, so the scheme is not shared with the property down the street.
We make what is missing. When a room needs a table at an unusual length, or a bed at an unusual width, it is drawn and built rather than compromised. The same shop that makes our commissions makes our staging pieces.
We take it away. At the end of the term the same team returns, removes everything and leaves the property as it was found. If a buyer wants the furniture, it can be bought out.
